We are about to launch a new coworking space, located just 7 minutes from Izvor metro station.

With a generous space of over 400 sqm, we offer you a friendly and productive environment, specially created to support the success of your business.

No contractual obligations

Come and go when you want, stress-free! The subscription is paid in advance and, if it expires, you simply no longer have access to the space.

No minimum rental period

You work as many days or months as you need. The minimum rental period applies only to the subscription of 359 lei / month.

How does the process work at Coworkperativa?

You buy access online

Access the Prices section and choose the desired package. Afterwards, you will be redirected to thia.work, where you must create an account and pay for the selected subscription.

You automatically receive a QR code by email.

As soon as you have made the payment, you will receive the QR access code by email that you can scan upon entering the space. In the same email you also receive other useful information.

Present the QR code at the entrance to enter the space.

As soon as you arrive in front of the coworking space, you will see a QR code reader. Scan the code and that's it: the door opens automatically. You can enter and go to step 4...

Sit where you want and start working.

You choose any place you see free in the coworking space and start working. Or, better, you can make yourself a coffee. We have specialty coffee included in subscriptions! You don't pay anything extra.

What is the schedule?

Non-stop, from Monday to Sunday! You work as much as you want, as much as you need. Of course, you must have an active subscription 🙂

Do I have to pay a guarantee, deposit and more?

There are no deposits and no obligation to pay an advance upon purchase. Simply buy the desired package online and receive the QR access code.

You can buy the subscription now and have access to the space in Romanian.

Is coffee, tea and water free or not?

All of the above are included in the subscription, so free. You don't have to pay anything extra.

What happens if I don't receive the QR code for access?

You can contact us at the phone number in the Contact section, and we will help you solve the problem.

Can I invite guests?

We are flexible with most needs, so if you need to invite guests, please let us know in advance, and we will adapt.

Can I make calls from the coworking space?

Yes. In the Energiea space, which will open from November, we also have special rooms available for meetings.
