Internal Regulation for the Use of the coworking space

1. Space and conditions of use of services

By purchasing a Coworkperativa package through the Thia.work platform or directly from Coworkperativa SRL, any natural or legal person becomes a user of the Coworkperativa spaces. Users are obliged to use the spaces responsibly and civilly, respecting these Regulations, internal rules and the legislation in force.

2. Access to Coworkperativa spaces

Access to the spaces is exclusively based on the QR code received by email or available in the Thia.work user account. Visitors are allowed access to both the work spaces and the common spaces, provided that these regulations are respected.

The spaces can be video-surveilled, and users and visitors express their consent to video recordings, which can be used as evidence in court.

3. Internal Regulations of Use

3.1. General obligations of users:

• Respect for all users of the premises and their right to work;

• Informing and ensuring compliance with the regulations by visitors;

• Maintaining cleanliness in both private and shared spaces.

3.2. Specific access rules:

• Scan your personal QR code every time you access the space;

• Make sure the main door is always closed;

3.3. Workspaces:

• The consumption of alcoholic beverages is only allowed during special events;

• Smoking of conventional cigarettes is prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted only in specially designated outdoor areas;

• Smoking electronic cigarettes is only permitted with the consent of everyone present in the space;

• Cleanliness must be strictly maintained, and leftovers (glasses, plates, etc.) must be collected and taken to the kitchen;

• Dry garbage is thrown into the work spaces, and wet garbage exclusively into the kitchen;

• It is prohibited to consume foods with strong odors in the workplace;

• Avoid using strong perfumes; maintain proper personal hygiene;

• For flexible subscriptions, users may not leave personal items after the session ends. Coworkperativa is not responsible for personal equipment left unattended.

3.4. Phone Booths:

The phone booths are intended exclusively for phone calls, video conferences or short 1-on-1 meetings (in two-person booths):

• The maximum daily usage time is 1 hour per person or 1-on-1 meeting;

• Prolonged or consecutive use of the cabins by the same person/persons is prohibited;

• Cabins cannot be reserved in advance and do not involve additional costs;

• Access with food or drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc.) is strictly prohibited;

• The cubicles cannot be used as a regular workspace.

3.5. Kitchen:

• Used dishes must be brought and left in the kitchen;

• Storage in the refrigerator is only allowed until the end of the day;

• Avoid wasting consumable products offered by Coworkperativa;

• Milk should be stored horizontally in the refrigerator, respecting the expiration date. Do not open new cartons if there is already an opened one within the expiration date.

3.6. Sanitary group:

• Maintaining cleanliness in the restrooms is mandatory;

• It is forbidden to climb on the toilet or urinate outside it;

• Only toilet paper is thrown into the toilet;

• The sink is intended exclusively for hand washing;

• Avoid wasting hygiene products.

3.7. Exterior of the space:

• Use of outdoor space permitted exclusively in the specially designed area;

• Maintain cleanliness and make sure to pick up everything you used before leaving the outdoor space.

4. Activities prohibited to users:

• Spam, junk mail, pyramid schemes, illegal contests;

• Distributing or posting defamatory, obscene or illegal materials;

• Violation of intellectual property rights;

• Use or spread of harmful digital materials (viruses, spyware, etc.);

• Collection of personal data without users' consent;

• Creating and using false identities;

• Defamatory, aggressive or illegal behavior;

• Excessive use of available resources;

• Blocking access to emergency exits, hallways or elevators;

• Storage of flammable or explosive materials;

• Damage to the space or objects owned by Coworkperativa.
